This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats while keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include office management, bookkeeping, human resources support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job costing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using Sage/Timberline construction software and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
