Join our team as a Remote Server Systems Analyst. Responsible for the implementation and daily management of the corporate server systems infrastructure environment. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all servers, systems, and communication links. Analyzes system traffic and performance. Ensures regular system maintenance and integration of new technologies and upgrades. This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in one of these U.S. states: WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, CO, TX, IL, IN, WI, TN, MA, MD, VA, NC, AL, GA, FL (some restrictions within WA and CA). Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting, IP network design and operations, system/server performance monitoring, and capacity planning. • Knowledge of modern infrastructure technologies including M365 (Exchange, Teams, Share Point, One Drive), Microsoft Azure (VMs, storage, networking), Hyperconverged virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VM Ware), Enterprise Backup and Recovery (Rubrik, Veeam, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, D Raa S), Mobile Device Management (Intune, JAMF, Mosyle), and Identity and Access management fundamentals (Active Directory, Entra, Okta, etc.). • Strong grasp of traditional infrastructure such as Windows Server OS, Email Security/Anti-Spam, Microsoft SQL Server, DNS/DHCP, and Networking. • Ability to document system designs, processes, and procedures; execute projects on time and within scope/budget; work independently or collaboratively; and maintain effective working relationships at all organizational levels. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment. • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication; customer service skills; problem solving and sound judgment; attention to detail with high accuracy. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
