Deputy Chief Operating Officer The Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) has an immediate job opening for Deputy Chief Operating Officer in Wilmington, Delaware. The Deputy Chief Operating Officer is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the daily operation of Delaware Transit Corporation’s (DTC) statewide fixed route and demand response services, vehicle maintenance program, facility design and management, reservations, and eligibility programs as well as the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliance with these programs. The Deputy Chief Operating Officer receives overall direction from the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in ensuring the effective operation and performance of the assigned services and programs.
