The Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) has an immediate job opening for Training Specialist in New Castle Delaware.  The Training Specialist is responsible for the administration and delivery of Delaware Transit Corporation’s fixed route and paratransit operation training programs in both classroom and roadway environments. The scope of technical instruction includes, but is not limited to, the mechanical operation of the vehicles, safe driving techniques, street routes and time schedules. The position is also responsible for delivering instruction regarding corporate policies and procedures as well as soft skills that include interpersonal and customer service skills.
