Purchasing Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish) Medley, FL $18-$25 per hour Full-Time \| Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Join the Global Food Corp Team! Global Food Corp is seeking a bilingual Purchasing Assistant to support our Purchasing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with purchasing, inventory, foodservice, restaurant, or food distribution experience looking to grow their career. Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and deliveries Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment Track open orders and delivery schedules Maintain purchasing records and reports Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams Help resolve product, shipment, and vendor issues Qualifications Required Bilingual English/Spanish 1+ year of purchasing, procurement, inventory, foodservice, restaurant, or distribution experience Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Food distribution or wholesale food experience Purchasing or procurement experience Experience with ERP or inventory management systems Experience In Purchasing * Procurement * Buyer * Inventory Control * Food Distribution * Foodservice * Supply Chain * Vendor Relations * Purchase Orders * Inventory Management Why Join Us?
