REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Historic Preservation Consultant Elizabeth Elementary School Rehabilitation – Phase I Jefferson County, Florida Legacy Communities of North Florida, Inc. (LCNF) seeks a qualified historic preservation consultant to: Prepare a Florida Master Site File (FMSF) for Elizabeth Elementary School; and Prepare a National Register of Historic Places Nomination for the property. Applicants must demonstrate experience in historic preservation, National Register nominations, and Florida Master Site File preparation. Qualifications should meet the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards. Fixed Fee: $10,000. All work must be completed by July 28, 2026.
