Associate Program Manager The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking an Associate Program Manager for the Court Support Services Division, Juvenile Probation Services Unit, to lead and manage continuity of care activities associated with the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) of 2023, Justice Involved Waiver (JI), and Juvenile Probation re-entry initiatives. This position will manage the documentation, auditing, and compliance processes for court-involved youth transitioning from residential care and pre-trial detention. Candidates should have a strong grasp of Medicaid billing, quality assurance requirements, and HIPPA privacy regulations, coupled with the ability to provide guidance on physical and mental healthcare best practices. This role will serve as the DSS/Medicaid liaison for Juvenile Probation Services internally and with external stakeholders. The preferred candidate will have juvenile justice knowledge and credentials in a mental health field. Core responsibilities will include:
Salary Range: $106,841 - $141,747/year plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING General Experience: Eight years of professional experience in a broad range of professional unit functions. Substitutions Allowed: 1) College training may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equaling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelors degree. 2) A Masters degree in a related field or a law degree may be substituted for one (1) additional year of the General Experience.
