Machine Operator Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level About the Position We are looking for a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop skills operating production machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Set up machines according to work instructions and production requirements Load and unload materials and finished products Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments as needed Inspect parts and products for quality, accuracy, and consistency Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications Follow production schedules and meet quality and productivity standards Identify equipment issues and report problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance as assigned Qualifications Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read and follow work instructions Basic ability to use a tape measure and other measuring tools Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required Preferred Skills Manufacturing or production experience Experience operating industrial machinery Basic knowledge of machining, fabrication, or mechanical equipment Experience using calipers, micrometers, or other measuring equipment Technical school or hands-on mechanical training What We Offer On-the-job training Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and manufacturing processes Opportunities for skill development and advancement Team-oriented work environment Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications 401K Health, Dental and Vision Insurance PTO How to Apply If you're dependable, hardworking, and interested in building a career in manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you.
