The Minnesota House of Representatives is seeking non-partisan applicants to fill the Facility Services Supervisor position. The position leads and coordinates the fulfillment of facility services, property, and equipment requirements for House members and staff, provides quality customer service, resolves complaints, and develops and maintains the inventory control and supply function. The supervisor also directs the work of Facility Services and duplicating staff (Supply Assistant, Mail Clerk, and Duplicating Technician).

In addition to regular daytime hours (approximately 8: 00 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m.), the position requires early morning, evening, and occasional weekend coverage during legislative sessions and leadership transitions. Qualified applicants will have proven supervisory experience. Some college is helpful. The ability to lift 5060 pounds and to assist with moving furniture is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) and a valid drivers license (presented annually without restrictions) are required for fleet vehicle coordination and related duties. The position works fully in person in a security-sensitive environment that includes loading dock access and key control.

This is a full-time, at-will position that works in person. Facility Services Supervisor range $78,114.24 - $140,605.92. The starting salary range for an entry-level Facility Services Supervisor is generally between $78,114.24 and $85,925.76, depending on relevant experience.
