Charlotte Valley Central School District is seeking to fill the following position: Licensed Teaching Assistant Full-time, 10-month position. Salary: $18,981-$22,795 dependent uponexperience.We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Licensed Teaching Assistant to join our team and support students in achieving their educational goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to deliver instruction, assist with lesson planning, and provide individualized support to students. Responsibilities include reinforcing lessons, managing classroom behavior, supervising activities, and fostering a positive learning environment.The Teaching Assistant will also assist in preparing materials, grading assignments, and ensuring students receive the attention they need to succeed. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.Candidates must hold a valid teaching assistant license and demonstrate a commitment to fostering student growth. Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
