Marketing Intern

Title: Marketing Internship, Chicago Area

Part-time, 20-24 hrs/week (flexible hours)

This marketing intern will work directly with our agency team, serving as a liaison to a specific 'eatertainment' client in the Chicagoland area.

Qualifications

• Experience fully owning social media accounts
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, with a passion for staying on top of trends
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with online communities
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and work independently

Responsibilities

• If you're passionate about social media, have experience managing multiple accounts, and thrive in dynamic environments, this role is for you
• This position will assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance our client's online presence and foster community engagement
• This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and community building via working with our agency team and the client team.
• Fully manage and execute social media content creation, posting, and scheduling across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) by following brand guidelines as created by our agency team.
• Engage with the community online, fostering connections with our guests and building brand awareness
• Assist in developing content calendars that align with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns
• Track social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement
• Participate in content creation sessions at the client's location (once a week) to capture moments
• Support additional marketing efforts as needed, such as email campaigns, event promotions, and activations
