The City of Bothell’s Community Development Department is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the city’s Building Official and provide strategic and visionary leadership for the Building Services Division! Under the direction of the Community Development Director, this position will manage a multidisciplinary team; oversee inspections, plan reviews, and code enforcement; interpret building codes; and streamline operations leading to a supportive and enriching work culture. The Building Official will engage in authentic collaboration and reinforce organizational values for a welcoming community with a common purpose providing impactful services towards a sustainable future.
