Academic Program Manager (HEA) POSITION DETAILS The Academic Program Manager will report to the Dean of Division of Humanities and the Arts at The City College of New York. City College's Publishing Certificate Program {PCP) mission is to address the issue of diversity in the publishing industry and its impact on our culture and society by providing students drawn primarily from CCNY's racial, ethnic, national and class range with the necessary knowledge, skills and contacts to enter successfully the publishing field. In addition to the CUNY Title Overview, the Academic Program Manager duties include but are not limited to the following:
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree and six years' relevant experience required. Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have an MA or MFA and experience in the publishing industry, as well as experience in career advising. CUNY TITLE OVERVIEW Manages College's academic internship program which provides career development opportunities and professional work experiences for students.
