Job Summary

Haven Convalescent Home is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are looking for dedicated Certified Nurse’s Aides (CNAs) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals and ensure their nutritional needs are met.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in PA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
