Submit your resume & letter of interest to apply@ncbon.com Position’s primary responsibilities include interpretation and implementation of the Nursing Practice Act and Rules via written and verbal communications with nurses, employers, and the public; education of nurse leaders, nurses, and nursing students regarding nursing practice; consultation with nurse leaders and employers using the NCBON Complaint Evaluation Tool; and active participation in recommendations for actions relating to nursing for LPNs, RNs, and APRNs for consideration by the Board, quality/performance improvement, and research initiatives. Applicants must be a strong communicator (both written and verbal), an effective public presenter, and possess analytical, report writing, and research skills. Successful applicants must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; be self-motivated; have excellent time management skills; and have experience in developing and implementing research projects. Additional responsibilities include activities related to APRN Joint Regulation, NAII programs, Medication Aides, Approved Provider Unit and Sexual Assault Examiners.
