DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING/FINANCE

Director of Accounting / Finance

A leading agricultural supply company is seeking a qualified individual to fill the Director of Accounting / Finance position. The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

Responsibilities:

· Bookkeeping

· Reconciliation of accounts

· Inventory management and related cost accounting.

· Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

· Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.

· Responsible for daily financial updates to management and owners.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s preferred).

· 10+ years of finance experience.

· Strong leadership and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in both Quickbooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel

This is a full-time, in person, Monday to Friday position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes bonus opportunities.
