Civil Service Commission Position Vacancies Water Distribution Operator Water Distribution Operator I Water Distribution Operator II Salary Range: $19.72- $26.84 The City of Columbiana Civil Service Commission is seeking candidates for the positions of Water Distribution Operator, Water Distribution Operator I and Distribution Operator II for the Water Department.
