Position Title: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide in-home care to patients. The CHHA will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and provide companionship and emotional support. The ideal candidate will have excellent caregiving skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist patients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming)

· Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare professionals

· Provide companionship and emotional support

· Assist with meal preparation and feeding

· Perform light housekeeping duties

· Help patients with mobility and exercise

· Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

· Valid CHHA certification

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and reliably
