Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility to work full or part-time and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with various clinicians to deliver integrated care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant License (required).
• Degree in Physical Therapy/PTA from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a flexible caseload.
