President and Chief Executive Officer

American Association of Community College (AACC) is seeking a transformative President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will be a passionate, forward-leaning advocate for the organization and its membership, ensuring the nations community colleges are well-represented and supported in a complex, dynamic landscape. The CEO will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors to build the organizations vision, drive its strategy, and lead an advocacy agenda that focuses on creating impactful change on behalf of community colleges nationwide. This leader will oversee AACCs financial, administrative, and programmatic activities and will be a primary spokesperson on behalf of the organization.
