Heavy Equipment Operator

L2 Construction Services LLC is looking for equipment operators to add to our team! More specifically, we are looking to hire experienced bulldozer and excavator operators. We are a locally owned and operated sitework and excavation company that has been servicing the Central VA area since 2011. We specialize in new construction commercial locations including work completed for Chesterfield County Public Schools, numerous residential communities, and commercial warehouse locations.

We are looking for candidates with experience as bulldozer and/or excavator operators that are capable of running and operating heavy equipment at a higher than base level experience and reading grade lines with and without the assistance of GPS.

Compensation:

-$24-$32/hour based on experience and performance

-Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

-Paid Holiday Time (Labor Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Black Friday, Christmas Eve thru New Years)

-Health Insurance (L2 Construction contributes 50% of employee only coverage towards health)
