Unskilled and Skilled positions

SUMMARY: Entry level & skilled positions for production jobs. Responsible for various assigned manual labor skills including the moving, grasping, lifting, placing, and stacking of items relating to the production and finish process. Identifies, counts, sorts, and inspects items. Maintains workflow from conveyors. Operates equipment, as assigned.

Preparation and Training: Work requires the ability to read, write, communicate, and perform simple arithmetic calculations. Performs repetitive tasks following simple instructions. Maintains a high state of safety awareness:

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be capable of exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up-to 20 pounds of force constantly to handle ingredients, pans, products, pallets, racks, trays, packaging material, etc.
