Maintenance Assistant

Trade Winds Services, Inc, located in Merrillville has a part-time Maintenance Assistant position in the Building & Grounds department, Monday – Friday 7: 00 am – 3: 30 pm, some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsible for the appearance, safety, and maintenance of the main center and residential sites owned by Trade Winds. Plan & perform maintenance for all sites owned/operated by Trade Winds Services Inc.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of building trades, must have a valid driver’s license. Experience in industrial and institutional maintenance repairs, experience with building trades, and the ability to use power tools/maintenance equipment.
