Hours:  8: 00 am- 4: 30 pm

Position Overview:

The role of Janitorial Supervisor is crucial for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of janitorial staff, ensuring that their schedules align with the operational needs for deep cleaning and sanitization. This includes regular spot checks to maintain high standards in the workplace. In addition to supervisory duties, you will carry out janitorial tasks as required by the organization. When necessary, you will be handling logistics for local service deliveries and pickups, which could involve moving materials from East and Main to ensure a smooth workflow for the clients we serve. A valid driver's license is mandatory, as the position entails driving various Trade Winds vehicles, including a box truck with air breaks and pantry trucks, along with a van for the sign shop. Installation of signage will also be part of your responsibilities, but this will be scheduled as-needed. Throughout your tenure, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulatory and accrediting bodies is essential.

Education Qualifications:  Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license for vehicle operation, and must be at least 21 years old.

Experience Requirements:  A minimum of two years in a management role is preferred to ensure effective leadership.

Other Requirements:  All candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check and a drug screening prior to employment.
