Minimum Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS: Proven ability to teach freshman and sophomore college students ability to work with computers, web-based instruction and multimedia presentational teaching technologies. Ability to work well with others. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master's degree in business administration or a master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in business. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. in business administration entrepreneur three years of broad-based business experience the ability, willingness and qualifications to teach in other areas are advantages (e.g., accounting courses). Substantive experience with college teaching in both traditional and online modalities is desirable. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL SKILLS: Acceptable eyesight (with or without correction). ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Works primarily in an office and classroom environment.
