Kruger Landscaping & Maintenance in Delavan is seeking candidates who are motivated, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working outdoors. The position is full-time, seasonal employment (March – November), weather permitting. Pay range is $19-$24.50/hour, 8-10 hours per day, with occasional Saturdays

We are a small family-operated Landscape construction and Property maintenance company.  We have been serving the lakes area for over 70 years. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work.

The skill set we are looking for is the following:

• Ability to operate a wide variety of trade equipment safely & efficiently; stander and seat mowers, push mowers & string trimmers. Handheld & backpack blowers.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. repetitively
• Possess or willing to acquire knowledge for proper application of fertilizer, pesticides, and weed control
• Possess or willing to acquire knowledge of perennial care & pruning
• Good communication (written & verbal) with customers, crew & supervisor
• Learn regular customers' names, location, and General services
• Ability to fill in time sheets
• Works well independently and with a team
• Keep equipment in good working condition
