We’re Hiring: Operations Manager
Be a Culture-Builder. A Change-Maker. A Key Leader at Vicus Capital.
Who We Are At Vicus Capital, we’re not your typical investment management firm. With over $2 billion in assets under management and a growing national footprint, we provide cutting-edge advisory platforms and world-class service to financial advisors across the country. But what truly sets us apart is our people-first philosophy—we believe in building a business where high performance and genuine human connection go hand in hand. We’re proud of our tight-knit, family-style culture, where collaboration, respect, and personal growth are front and center. This is a place where your voice matters, your ideas are heard, and your work makes a real impact.
The Role: Operations Manager We’re looking for a relationship-driven leader to join us as our next Operations Manager—a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our Advisory Operations Team and reports directly to our Chief Operating Officer. This isn’t just a management role—it’s a culture-shaping, process-elevating, future-building opportunity. You’ll lead and mentor a passionate team, drive operational excellence, and work cross-functionally to create smarter, faster, more impactful ways to serve our advisors and clients. Most importantly, you’ll help define what it means to be part of the Vicus Capital family.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead with purpose. Guide the Advisory Operations Team with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
- Elevate service. Help us deliver world-class support to our national network of advisors by continuously improving processes, solving problems in real time, and stepping in wherever you’re needed.
- Build relationships that matter. Serve as a trusted point of contact for advisors and their teams, building long-term partnerships rooted in integrity and service.
- Collaborate at the top. Work closely with the COO on strategic initiatives, team development, and operations planning.
- Shape the culture. Help cultivate a team environment that’s positive, energized, and aligned with our core values—your leadership will be key to the atmosphere we build.
What We’re Looking For
- A motivational leader with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for developing others
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving problems on the fly
- A clear, compelling communicator with excellent people skills and emotional intelligence
- Someone with a keen eye for detail, follow-through, and a drive for excellence in everything they do
- A tech-savvy mindset – we love systems thinkers who embrace innovation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) required; CRM experience (like Redtail) is a major plus
- Someone who cares deeply about the culture they help create—because we do, too
Perks & Benefits This full-time, salaried position comes with a robust benefits package, including:
- Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
- 15 days PTO/5 days Sick Leave
- Group Life & Short-Term Disability Insurance
- 401(k) with safe harbor employer contributions
- A workplace where you’re supported, celebrated, and encouraged to grow
Sound Like You? Let’s Talk. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to lead with impact, build something meaningful, and be part of a company that’s just as invested in your future as you are in ours.
Don’t forget to include a cover letter—we want to hear your story.
