Investment Services Assistant

Merchants Bank, Winona, has an opening for an Investment Services Assistant.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Investment Executive team.  Duties involve establishing new accounts, learning about investment and insurance products, administrative tasks, assisting with the design of marketing materials and seminars, and providing excellent customer service to customers and bank employees.

Requires 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.  Must be detail orientated, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.  Ability to conduct all transactions of a highly confidential nature.
