Remote Sales Manager

Our Remote team is looking to bring on Sales Manager where you will significantly impact the lives of working class individuals including the laborers, firefighters teachers and nurses. In this role, you will be the primary contact for guiding clients through their benefit enrollment process. We are looking for a dedicated professional who not only has a strong work ethic but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.

           Responsibilities:

• Foster and maintain connections with both new and existing members
• Effectively communicate various benefits and their advantages
• Acquire the necessary licenses to adequately assist our members
• Assist our clients with their employee benefits, both permanent and portable
• Help New Associates scale their business and follow process for success

Qualifications:

• Ability to establish strong relationships and rapport with clients as well as team members
• Team building abilities; able to demonstrate high performance to our NGL.
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• A cheerful, positive, and professional demeanor
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly motivated and open to continuous learning

As a Manager, you can anticipate:
