Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the police department, ensuring effective and efficient operations. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain public safety. • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of department personnel. • Foster community engagement and build strong relationships with local organizations and residents. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • Manage the department's budget and resources effectively. • Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical incidents. Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of law enforcement experience • Proven leadership and management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of modern policing practices and technologies. • Commitment to community-oriented policing.
