SAP Purchasing Assistant

Looking for a go-getter, someone that will be Assistant to the Purchasing Manager. Must be detail oriented. energetic, self-starter and be able to multi-task in a fast passed distribution center environment.

This person will handle all the purchase order data entry into the SAP and Excel systems; (shipping and receiving, container invoicing and logistics, and inventory analysis). They will be working with the Warehouse Manager as well to confirm all inventory that is coming in.

Hours: 8AM-430 PM

• Must have excellent business letter writing skills and data entry skills

• Must be willing to multitask and be a self-starter

• Must type at least 60+ WPM
