AP Inventory Control Clerk

Immediate opening for an AP Inventory Control Clerk at Super Shoes, Cumberland, Md.Candidate will support the Finance Controller in reviewing physical inventory results and preparing adjustment reports. Candidate will maintain and process a 3-way match verification program before authorizing payment. Candidate will manage weekly check runs and coordinate payment scheduling with the Finance Controller. Candidate will maintain accounts payable records and documentation for audits and compliance. Candidate will work with the Merchandising Admin to monitor and process movement of inventory, transfers, damages, returns and charity. Candidate will maintain vendor compliance and assist with LTL logistics tracking and delivery.Required a minimum of 3+ years experience in accounts payable, finance or inventory roles. College preferred. Familiar with inventory management systems.
