Building Maintenance Technician

Individuals interested in this position will be responsible for proper maintenance of building and facilities including heating, air conditioning, plumbing and other mechanical systems and general grounds maintenance including winter operations, snow removal and mowing. Excellent benefit package includes health insurance, vacation, sick time and IMRF pension. The successful applicant must possess a valid Illinois drivers license, be able to pass a criminal background check and pre employment physical including drug testing.
