QC Inspector. The QC Inspector ensures that every assembly is inspected thoroughly IAW customer specifications and IPC Standards. Hours: Monday-Thursday 6: 30-5: 15pm (10 hours shifts)Fridaysareovertimeif needed. Skills: IPC-A-610 knowledge, Hand Solder, Use of Microscope Experience: Minimum of 1 Yr. experience on Inspection of electronic assemblies. Responsibilities & tasks IPC certification. Inspector must be certified IPC-A-610. Perform final inspection of every PCB, box build, cable assay’s. IAW IPC standards and customer specifications prior to shipping. Perform daily audits of every assembly being worked in every department. Ability to hand solder. Use of microscope for inspection of electronic parts and solder quality. Fill out final Inspection/ Shipping form on every lot of assemblies for daily shipping.
