The City of Ethan is seeking a part-time motivated, detail-oriented, and community-minded Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support the effective functioning of our city government. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for public service.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for the City Office
Manage daily operations including records management, correspondence, scheduling, and communications
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and assist with city council meetings
Process utility billing
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Provide excellent customer service to community members

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Previous office management or municipal government experience is a plus
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
