Wells Nursing Home is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our dedicated therapy team in delivering high-quality care to our residents. This is a full-time opportunity offering a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful impact every day.

Starting Pay: $45.67–$50.48 /hour Location: Wells Nursing Home

As the Director of Rehab, you will oversee the daily operations of our rehab department, ensure compliance with clinical standards, and collaborate with staff to promote the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State (NYS)
