Hitachi Rail STS USA, Inc. seeks an OS&M Quality Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, and unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. This position is for a roving employee who will work in unanticipated locations throughout the United States. The employee will have to relocate, but travel is not required from any particular location. The OS&M Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing quality management in line with STS strategies and in compliance with IMS for projects involving more than one legal entity or plant.
