TREASURER/CFO

North Central Local School District is reopening their search for the position of Treasurer/CFO. Successful candidates must have a Valid State of Ohio Treasurer’s license or ability to obtain one. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. In addition, there is a pathway for licensure through online coursework, internship, and passage of the Ohio Assessment for Educators (OAE) 056 School Treasurer exam. The preferred candidate will have qualifications in:

· Governmental (school) accounting

· Fiscal management practices including short and long-range forecasts

· Communication of financial information to key stakeholders

· Knowledge and successful experience with cash management

· Payroll experience

A complete application packet includes a treasurer application, letter of interest, resume, transcripts, and treasurer license or indication of plan to obtain licensure.
