CLINIC NURSE MANAGER

CLINIC NURSE MANAGERTRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT Location Negotiable The successful applicant must have the following qualifications: Current Registered Nursing license in good standing-must bemaintained after hire. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and/or Masters in Nursing. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.At least 2 years experience in Nursing Administrative duties.Current CPR Certification or ability to become certified prior toworking in a patient care environment. Must have valid Montana State drivers license. Experience with theadministration and management of competencies. Preferred: Masters degree in nursing and a minimum of five years directrelevant clinical work experience preferred. Two to four yearsexperience in a supervisory or management role of staff in ahealthcare environment and working in an outpatient setting,preferably in a community healthcare or family practiceenvironment. Prior experience with accreditation. Priorexperience with Patient Centered Medical Home model ofcare delivery. Prior experience with establishing written policies& procedures. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve amandatory six (6) month probationary period.
