Chaplain sought by Grace Mission University. Location: Fullerton, CA Organize and lead the university's chapel worship and services and promote the students' spirituality; Study and interpret the Bible, religious laws, doctrines, and traditions to prepare and deliver sermons for the school chapel service; Study and research on various theological subjects, the Bible, and interpreting religious laws; Organize and lead staff meetings on a regular basis to administer and educate the school chapel staffs; Counsel the students, focusing on their spiritual formation and ministry formation; Conduct 1: 1 discipleship meetings with students regarding their spiritual development; Design, prepare, and lead Small Group and Discipleship Meetings for the students and staffs; Train the leaders of the Small Group and Discipleship Meetings; Meet and instruct students who seek conversion to Christian belief; and Prepare and lead morning devotional time every weekday. Must have Master of Divinity, Theology, or Christian Ministries or highly related. Experience: 3 Years of ministries in a Christian church.
