Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Senior Principal consultant - SAP ERP & BTP Technical (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to be responsible for business project development, strategy and planning with business partners, technical, and vendor contacts to discuss requirements for and review proposals for new IT solutions. Responsible for mapping existing processes, monitoring document creation, creating upgrade plans and managing deliverables. Responsible for updating the SAP ERP and Business Technology Platform (BTP) roadmaps and maintenance calendar. Identify business needs and opportunities through discussions with stakeholders. Manage the design and capacity planning of ERP application and HANA databases and applications. Responsible for developing the SAP ERP application and BTP cloud applications from standard functionality to shared application and parallel concurrent process for better utilization of resources. Design and build innovative business AI solutions to accelerate productivity for SAP ERP and BTP Build Apps for production workflow. Assist in creating annual and quarterly work plan of activities in support of strategy goals and vendor and customer requirements. Interact with the client team members closely and provide them with the advice and direction in regard to the solutions to improve business process. Create project plan and schedule the activities. Responsible for planning and coordinating SAP ERP and BTP critical patch implementation. Coordinate the activities with offshore, nearshore team and onsite teams. Responsible for reducing cost of operation by using SAP AI and BTP Automation and preventive measures. Responsible for managing, planning, assigning and executing upgrades, maintenance, and preventative activities across all production environments with proper approval from business and customers. Enforce change management processes through Rev-Trac application for any change to environments. Assist in management processes including investigating disruptions and providing solutions and fixes to prevent disruptive events from reoccurring. Lead users through risk management procedures and make sure data on business controls, regulations, risk drivers, and effects support SAP Enterprise risk management governance standards. Provide regular status update on projects, including progress updates, functional and technical risks associated with assigned tasks. Responsible for talent management, career planning and retention for team members. Create project reports, dashboards and plans. Responsible for managing and migration of SAP ERP application cluster architecture to ensure high availability of the application. Responsible for managing the daily operation and coordinating with the client team members on project deliverables. Gather and understand client's functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables for the teams to work on.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, in Engineering (All), Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree related experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position also requires 4 years of experience with Project Management; 4 years of experience with full life cycle implementation, upgrade, migration and SAP ERP; 3 years of experience with HANA Database administration; 3 years of experience with SAP BTP administration, AI, SAC and Supply Chain; and 3 years of experience with Rev-Trac, Smart Bear and Incorta applications. Certified PMP or SAP Activate Project Manager. Certified S4HANA Conversion and System upgrade. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 20% of travel required. $143,666 to $150,849 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $143,666 to $150,849.
