EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Lodi Housing Authority located in the Borough of Lodi, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, a Public Housing Agency under the jurisdiction of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to serve as Executive Director. The selected candidate must qualify for the position in accordance with NJSA: 40A: 12A-18 and New Jersey Administrative Code 5: 44-3.1. The Executive Director is responsible for supervising all aspects of the housing authority’s operations including the management of 220 public housing units, a Housing Choice Voucher Program of approximately 477 voucher units and a staff of approximately 13 full-time employees. The successful candidate will oversee the financial programs in accordance with and pursuant to federal and state statutes, policies and regulations and must possess the ability to monitor the general status of the Authority pertaining to organizational effectiveness and legal compliance. Salary shall be commensurate with experience and expected to be $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 or higher. Employment benefits include medical insurance/dental insurance.
