City of Columbiana, Ohio The City of Columbiana, Ohio (pop. 6,559) is a small city with a rich historical background. The City of Columbiana is searching for a self-motivated, flexible, high-energy individual with superior interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills to join our team.
Position Overview Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of (5) years progressive experience in operations of streets and have a knowledge of modern principles of administration and management of a department with a record of success in supervising the work of others or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. The Street Superintendent is required to work a 40-hour work week and shall be available for emergencies. Applicant will work outdoors and may be exposed to adverse weather conditions. Applicants must possess a valid Ohio driver's license with a CDL, and an acceptable driving record.
