Civil Earthwork Foreman & Operator

Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of excavation and earthwork crews
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress on site
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Train and mentor crew members to build a strong, efficient team
• Operate heavy equipment

Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in civil excavation, earthwork, or heavy civil projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, trenching, and utility installation
• Familiarity with GPS machine control is a plus
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
