Cashier

Kuhn's Market is a local independent supermarket in Pittsburgh, PA. With 8 locations in the Greater Pittsburgh area, we are a part of the neighborhoods we serve, and proud to be a Pittsburgh Tradition.

Cashiers provide fast, friendly, and accurate check out services for our customers using computerized cash register systems. Accuracy and basic math skills are important, as is the ability to memorize product identification codes and weekly ad specials. Cashiers often bag their customers' orders and help shoppers find items in the store. They assist in the cleaning and dusting of the checkout and surrounding areas and may take "return" products back to proper shelf locations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to frequently lift 40 pounds and occasionally lift more than 40 pounds with assistance.
• Must have weekend and evening availability.
• Basic math skills
