Must have a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation to and from work along with a willingness to work outside.

What You’ll Do:

Licensed Plumbers:

• Handle residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, installs, and maintenance

• Lead jobs and oversee apprentice performance

• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems on the spot

• Communicate directly with customers and provide clear, professional solutions

Apprentices:

• Assist licensed plumbers on jobsites

• Learn the trade hands-on in a fast-paced environment

• Handle basic plumbing tasks, tool setup, and jobsite prep

• Receive on-the-job training and support toward licensure

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Plumbers:

• Valid state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)

• 1+ years of hands-on experience

• Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills

• Clean driving record and ability to work independently

Apprentices:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and work

• Some mechanical or construction experience preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
