We are seeking a proven sales professional with a strong track record of success in commercial insurance production. Key Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and close new commercial accounts across target industries.

Manage and grow a personal book of business through strong client relationships and retention.

Develop risk management strategies and present tailored insurance solutions to decision-makers.

Leverage carrier relationships to structure competitive, innovative coverage programs.

Partner with internal service and account management teams to ensure seamless client delivery.

Maintain a consistent pipeline and meet or exceed sales goals.
What We’re Looking For

Proven Track Record – Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience in commercial insurance, preferably with a history of exceeding revenue targets.

Strong Networker & Closer – Skilled in relationship-driven sales, cold prospecting, and winning new accounts.

Licensed Producer – Active P&C license required (additional licenses a plus).
