Cleaner

We are looking for an individual to work at our apartment complex in West Springfield, Ma. We service over 500 units. Our hours are from 8: 00 to 4: 30 Monday to Friday. Full time 40 hours per week. Overtime is only needed during the winter months for snow removal.

The job entails cleaning the inside of vacant apartments, which includes, stripping, sealing and waxing of floors, cleaning windows, bathrooms and kitchens before prospective tenants move in.  You are responsible for the overall upkeep of the exterior image which includes, cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, hallways and any other common area. Also, light snow removal is required.

This job includes (10) paid holidays after three months of service. 100% paid health insurance after six months of service. Retirement benefits after one year of service. Paid time off is 40 hours after year one and 80 hours after year two.

Salary/Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
