    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:Maintain safe work environment through adherence to MPS safety regulations and standardsDevelop and implement lines of communication and tracking between field management ensuring that the Company is providing first class quality and service to our internal and external customersConfirm that a chain of custody is created for all material entering our warehouseEnsure material is transferred efficiently and accurately from storage to our production teamManage and refine warehouse process to increase productivity and reduce wasteManage and assist with cycle counts and inventory controlManage receivers handling incoming and outgoing deliveriesAssist with loading and unloading deliveries when necessaryCoordinate with procurement and logistics staff to replace material damaged during transportationEnsure the safe operation of MPS equipment and vehiclesAssist fleet services to prepare vehicles for saleWork with a team to maintain a clean and tidy work area to ensure a safe working environmentThe duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position.     WHAT YOU BRING TO USProficient understanding of the requirements of material handling in a warehouse settingAbility to operate warehouseProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Proficient in using a tablet to enter dataAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessaryAbility to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitudeEffective oral and written communication skills as required for the positionAbility to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team playerAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others 
    TRAVEL: 
   
   WORKING CONDITIONS:High school diploma or equivalentAssociate degree preferredMinimum 5 years in construction support operation and knowledge of construction equipment and materialsCan be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience
