Selections coordinator for residential builder

Bluffton Residential Builders is seeking a dedicated Selections Coordinator to join our team and assist our clients throughout the exciting building process. This role is pivotal in guiding clients as they make important selections that will define their new homes. Experience in design work would be advantageous, as it enhances the support we provide. A solid understanding of the residential building process is also desirable, allowing you to better assist clients with their decisions. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently without the need for constant supervision. Proficiency with computers is essential, and experience with design software such as Sketch Up, Auto CAD, or Revit is a must. Effective communication skills are crucial, especially when coordinating with clients and conveying necessary information for change orders and project adjustments. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM. Salary will be based on experience and is negotiable. We offer paid holidays and vacation after the first year of service. Candidates should have a reliable vehicle to transport clients to various showrooms or meet them on-site, and gas expense reimbursement will be provided.
